Return and Cancellation Policy for MEFOH

At MEFOH, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and processes for returning products and canceling orders.
1. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Opened or used skincare and healthcare products are not eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons.
Return Process

Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service at info@mefohhealthcare.com with your order number and reason for return. -
Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions. -
Ship the Item:
Pack the item securely, include the RAN, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.
(Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a wrong or defective item.)
Refunds

Inspection:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. -
Processing:
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. -
Notification:
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
2. Cancellation Policy

After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item after delivery by following our Return Policy.
Changes to Orders
